We service all metro Melbourne, including the Inner North, Inner West, Bayside, Eastern Suburbs, South-East and Western Suburbs. For larger projects, we may also travel outside metro Melbourne—please contact us to confirm availability.

We offer an initial consultation and can provide a quote once we understand your scope, site conditions and project requirements.
Even for similar-looking projects, it’s normal to receive very different prices. In construction, it’s rarely possible to compare quotes exactly “like for like” because builders may make different assumptions around site conditions, inclusions, finishes, structural requirements, access, timelines, and how risks are allowed for.
A lower quote may not always mean better value—it can sometimes mean important items are excluded or underestimated and may appear later as variations. We aim to provide transparent pricing and clearly explain what’s included, so you can make an informed decision with fewer surprises during the build.
We use standard industry-building contracts provided by either the Housing Industry Association (HIA) or the Master Builders Association (MBA).

Blue Martin is able to provide all the co-ordination services that goes into a project from design and Development Applications (DA) to full completion of construction project. Having an great project manager assisting with the all of the project adds tremendous value to our services ensuring that you are ease of mind.
We have a strict quality control procedure. We carry out checks during construction, and at the completion of every trade and construction stage. You can see some videos of our construction sites on Youtube. Ilyas (the contract administrator) likes a ‘hand-on’ approach, so he is frequently on site overseeing all trades which helps him to identidy any areas of concern early and have it fixed immediately. We encourage our clients to be keen in pointing out any areas of concern during site visits.
Yes. We can supply and coordinate materials, trades, and delivery schedules as part of our service. We also manage:
• subcontractor bookings
• site access and safety
• procurement timing
• quality control
• progress tracking
This helps the project run smoother and reduces delays.
Ofcourse! Regular communication is absolutely a must with us and working in partnership with our customers is critical for a smooth process. Secondly, the written schedule is your piece of mind of what to expect on a daily basis. Our construction timelines are our best customer referral assets! We schedule regular site meetings to discuss progress, stages coming up and make changes, if needed.
