Blue Martin is a VIC Domestic Builder–Unlimited (CDB-U 100292), authorised to deliver Class 2 apartment work as principal contractor under Victorian residential building legislation.
Engagements are structured under a Major Domestic Building Contract where the work falls within the residential scope.

don't go

Blue Martin does not pursue high-rise apartment construction. Buildings above four storeys sit within a Commercial Builder operating envelope, and we will refer those projects rather than overstate.
